15 Under 30 was founded by Imogen Cooper and Rita Kastrati — two founders in their twenties building companies of their own and navigating the realities of early-stage growth first-hand.

They saw something missing: a room where the next generation of builders could speak candidly — without the pretence of conferences, the noise of networking events, or the hierarchy of investor panels.

So they built one. Then another. And another. What started as a single dinner has grown into a private community that meets monthly across London — and is quietly becoming the room where this generation of founders, operators and investors actually know each other.
